Warranty and Refunds

 LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Safe Rx warrants that the Product will be free from material defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from SAFE RX or an authorized dealer (the “Limited Warranty Period”). A Product that is not free from defects in materials and/or workmanship is hereinafter referred to as a “Defective Product.” Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, SAFE RX will, at its sole and absolute discretion, either (i) repair or replace the Defective Product; or (ii) refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Defective Product.

The Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

You must either (i) return the Defective Product to SAFE RX within the Limited Warranty Period, or (ii) notify SAFE RX in writing of the Defective Product during the Limited Warranty Period by visiting https://store.safe-rx.com/pages/contact-us and return the Defective Product to SAFE RX on or within thirty (30) days following the date you notified SAFE RX in writing of the Defective Product;

  • You must comply with SAFE RX’s return shipping instructions; and
  • You must provide SAFE RX with proof of the original purchase of the Defective Product from SAFE RX or an authorized dealer.
  • You must obtain a return materials authorization (“RMA”) number from SAFE RX.
  • You shall pay any shipping charges for Products returned by you to SAFE RX, and SAFE RX will not accept collect shipments from you.

Return Policy

General Return Policy

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after purchase. To initiate your return please contact support@safe-rx.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.  We ask that our customers be responsible for the shipping charges associated with a return shipment. Once the product has been received a 100% refund will be issued or store credit will be applied to another order.


Products Damaged During Shipment and Defective Products

Please report damaged or defective products within 10 days of receiving the product. Safe Rx will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. Please contact support@safe-rx.com to initiate your repair/replacement.
